First Session

First Session is a great way to try camp for the first time! In our traditional camp program, campers’ days are split between fun programs with their bunkmates and daily chugim (activities) of their choice. Campers sign up for new chugim each week based on their own interests. Their days are rounded out with camp programs like Bikkurim (color wars), Shabbat programming and T’fillot (daily Jewish learning or services), and all-camp traditions like plays, cookouts, and evening programs.

Open to campers entering 3rd-8th grade in Fall 2027
Dates: Sunday, June 13 – Tuesday, June 22

Second Session

In our traditional camp program, campers’ days are split between fun programs with their bunkmates and chugim (daily activities) of their choice. Campers sign up for new chugim each week based on their own interests. Double Session One

Combine first and second session for more camp and more fun! Double sessions include all the programs and activities of our traditional camp session plus bonus intersession camp days with small-group programming.

Open to campers entering 3rd-8th grade in Fall 2027
Dates: Sunday, June 13  – Tuesday, July 13 (with intersession June 22-23)

Double Session Two

Combine second and third session for more camp and more fun! Double sessions include all the programs and activities of our traditional camp session plus bonus intersession camp days with small-group programming.

Double Session 2 Dates: Wednesday, June 23 – Wednesday, August 4 (with intersession July 13-15)

Kadimah

Kadimah’s many long-standing traditions make it a summer to remember as campers prepare for high school in the fall. Campers never forget their role in the Kadimah Play or their time to get over the Kadimah Wall!

Open to campers entering 9th grade in Fall 2027
Dates: Wednesday, June 23 – Wednesday, August 4

B’yachad

This program is a milestone in a camper’s life! Yachers focus on building community and giving back. In between daily chugim (activities), cabin activities and all-program fun, Yachers work together to create meaningful change in the community and at camp through community service projects and B’yachad Town Hall.

Open to campers entering 10th grade in Fall 2027
Dates: Wednesday, June 23 – Wednesday, August 4

The Ozo Program

This program trains campers to be skilled and caring staff members the following summer. The Ozo Program creates a tight-knit kehillah (community) of young leaders who understand the value of serving camp and community. Learn more here.

Dates: Friday, June 11 – Wednesday, August 4

Cancellation Policy

Any requested Herzl Camp cancellations must be submitted in writing to danya@herzlcamp.org.

Herzl Camp summer sessions are fully refundable until February 15, 2027.

As of February 16, any request to change a camper’s registration that reduces their enrollment time (such as reducing weeks and/or sessions) will incur a $500 fee.

Cancellations made between February 16 and April 15 will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total tuition.·

PLEASE NOTE that after April 15, 2027, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation fee payments cannot be applied to other campers’ tuition, other sessions, possible future enrollments or donations.
